I'm working on a tentative webcomic script (finally). After trying to figure one out for over a year or so, I think I found my motive. Also! Trying to work on something for the State Press next semester. I'm really excited about this one.

I have been carrying around disposable cameras lately. I feel like while this is obviously more expensive than using a digital camera, I get more excited every time I take a picture because I think about how awesome it's going to look when I finally get it developed. Also, I love having physical pictures around my room.

Also! I got a hollowed-out mannequin torso with a hook that I'm planning on painting and hanging from the wall somewhere. Pretty exciting.

I got a Stevie Nicks style dress off of eBay that I can't wait to receive.

Melissa and I started a tradition in which every Sunday we go to Denny's and write a chapter of an exciting saga that we're sending to Max until he gets home. It's really hard to write to him because we are just talking about all the really exciting things we're doing without him.

Last Sunday Donny invited me to a party. It was jungle-themed, and as soon as I arrived one of the girls who lived there invited me into her bathroom to paint black and gold warpaint on me. Donny wore flowers in his hair and we danced to MJ while wearing leopard and zebra print, throwing streamers around. I'm not sure if we were celebrating him or the birthday of the girl whose name I now can't remember.
